July 15, 2017 - Wet Conditions Cut Clem's Sprint Week Short
After Mother Nature washed out both USAC Indiana Sprint Week events at Terra Haute Action Track (Terra Haute, Indiana) on Lincoln Park Speedway (Putnamville, Indiana), Tyler Clem returned to action on Friday night at Bloomington Speedway (Bloomington, Indiana) for the 29th annual Sheldon Kinser Memorial. After failing to record a lap in time trials, Tyler logged a 8th place finish in his heat race transferring him into the C-Main. Sending the Top 5 into the B-Main, Clem fell one spot short with a 6th place outing.

Wrapping up the USAC Indiana Sprint Week on Saturday night, Clem stopped at Tri-State Speedway (Haubstadt, Indiana) competing in a field of 35 cars. Following the 32nd fastest time in qualifying, Tyler flipped in his heat race but away able to walk away uninjured. Rolling off on the tail of his B-Main for one last shot at the feature, Clem improved eight spots but fell short of a transfer position with a 10th place finish. (Rich Forman photo)

July 10, 2017 - Tyler Clem Kicks Off Indiana Sprint Week at Kokomo
Debuting in the Indiana Sprint Week presented by Camping World, Tyler Clem was one of 45 Sprints signed in at Kokomo Speedway (Kokomo, Indiana) on Saturday night for the USAC AMSOIL Sprint Car Nationals Championship. After timing in 44th fastest in qualifying, Tyler registered a 10th place finish in his Indy Race Parts heat race transferring him into the C-Main. Sending the Top 4 into the B-Main, Clem logged an 8th place outing ending his night.

On Sunday with 41 cars registered in for battle at Lawrenceburg Speedway (Lawrenceburg, Indiana), Clem slipped back to a 8th place finish in his heat race giving him one final shot at the feature with a C-Main appearance. Needing to place in the Top 4 to make the B-Main, Tyler dropped back to a 8th place finish.

Monday night brought 32 Indiana Sprint Week followers to Gas City I-69 Speedway (Gas City, Indiana) for the third round of action. Posting a 7th place finish in his Competition Suspension heat, Tyler transferred into the B-Main for one last shot at the 30-lap feature. Transferring the Top 7 finishers, Tyler Clem logged a 15th place finish bringing an early end to his night.
